This policy explains how Night-Wing Tarot may process information when providing Tarot, dream-analysis, payment and website functionality. Some features rely on backend systems and third-party providers, so their own policies may also apply.

1. Information we may process

• Content you submit: Tarot questions, dream descriptions, selected options, spread data and other information needed to generate the requested analysis.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser/device information, access time, error information and interaction or analytics data.
• Payment-status data: Payments are processed by Stripe. Night-Wing may receive transaction status, Session IDs or similar identifiers required to confirm a payment.
• Local browser history: Features such as “My Readings” may use localStorage or similar browser storage on your current device and browser.

2. AI and backend processing

To generate Tarot or dream interpretations, the content you enter and related information may be sent to Night-Wing backend systems and the AI or cloud providers used to operate the service. This processing may be used to fulfil your request, maintain the service, troubleshoot errors and prevent abuse.

Please avoid entering unnecessary highly sensitive data such as identity-document numbers, full payment-card details, passwords or other information you would not want processed by an online service.

3. Payment information

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Night-Wing does not store your full card number or CVC. Stripe may process payment, fraud-prevention and compliance data under its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Analytics, cookies and local storage

Night-Wing uses Google Analytics and may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or similar technologies for traffic analysis, session handling, restoring reading flows and local reading history. You can manage or clear these through your browser, but some features may stop working as expected.

5. Third-party services

Information needed to provide a feature may be shared with service providers such as Stripe, Cloudflare or hosting providers, Google Analytics, and AI/cloud-processing providers. Each provider handles information according to its own applicable terms and policies.

6. Retention

Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, operational needs, technical logs, payment records, provider settings and applicable legal requirements. Browser-local history generally remains until you clear the relevant site or browser data.

You can clear browser-local history, manage cookies and site-storage settings, or contact us with questions about processing related to you. Information held directly by a third-party provider may need to be handled through that provider's own process.
