2. Payments, digital content and refunds

Some features are instant digital content that is generated or unlocked after payment. Please review the price and service before completing checkout.

Refunds: Once digital content has been successfully generated, unlocked or delivered, refunds are generally not available solely because the result did not match expectations or you changed your mind. We may review cases involving duplicate charges, successful payment with failed delivery, clear technical errors, or refunds required by applicable law.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Available payment methods and payment-related rules may also depend on Stripe, card issuers and local requirements.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use bots, spiders or automated scripts to abuse service resources; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; submit unlawful content; or interfere with the website, API, servers or other users.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Night-Wing branding, original writing, visual design and website interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may save your own reading results for personal use, but may not reproduce, resell or present Night-Wing content as official content without permission.
